I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the Institute for Social and Political Studies (IESP-UERJ) and co-director at the Laborabotory for Monitoring and Evaluation of Policies and Elections (MAPE).

My research examines how political institutions and elections shape representation using a combination of machine learning, causal inference, and survey methods. In addition to my research, I develop open source tools for social science research.
